Managed Services
Duke Service provides an 800 hot line for customer’s chain accounts or
groupings of accounts. When a customer calls for service we first attempt to make
repairs over the phone. If a phone fix is not possible, a service tech is
dispatched to make repairs. Within 24 hours, the customer is contacted to ensure
that repairs were made and all of the equipment is functioning properly. All
invoices for service are then reconciled for proper parts and labor pricing as
well as possible manufacture’s warranty. All information is recorded and captured
in a quarterly report listing costs for specific problem categories.

Equipment Roll Out
Duke Service provides total management and installation or management support
for major equipment rollouts. We are experienced in in this specialized field and
can handle accounts with 10 to 7000 sites.
